How Do I Update My Credit Card Information?
To update your credit card information, Sign In to your account. Select "Payment Methods" from the menu on the left. Update your credit card information and click "Save".
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed for our digital services on a monthly subscription basis, it is not possible to cancel the order. Since our service involves providing access to digital content and features on a recurring basis, cancellation of an order after it has been placed is not feasible. We recommend reviewing your subscription and ensuring it aligns with your needs before placing an order. If you have any concerns or questions regarding
your subscription, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Is Payment Secure?
The payment information you enter when ordering (credit card number, security code) are processed through connections that use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and are not stored in any way on our systems.
